The columns in the Word doc enclosed with an email extend to 20 singers.

A questionnaire follows under the doc.

 I propose to give each patient a sheet of paper as follows.  The sheet size is one third of A4.  

There is space for their names if patients want to put them at the top.

The red and blue text will be explained re the song  Book  colours.

It will be emphasised that they won't be.asked to sing a song.

It will be explained that the list is to promote discussion and find out patient interest in singing.

If appropriate and according to how the pockets of discussion go, the idea of using musical instruments can be included.

You could put a tick or a cross against any 

and add more to the list. 

You won’t be asked to sing any.
