Email extension pages
At the setting up stage of certain projects,or within a continuing dialogue, this technique proves useful.
It can reduce the amount of emails sent to readers. Once their specific page has been seen, additional aspects can be added.
Another reason is seen at Items 1,2 & 3 here. All such pages are hidden.
It also saves readers from the need to register for online sharing of docs etc via such means as Dropbox.
If readers prefer to use normal emails for minor updates, they only need say.
